A training centre built from factory-made timber modules with exposed CLT and glulam — craned into place and closed in within days.
The brief called for a workplace that was quick to build, comfortable to be in and honest about its materials. The answer was a building made almost entirely in a factory.
Modules were produced indoors with openings, insulation and windows in place, then delivered in installation sequence. On site, a single crane set each one onto prepared foundations and the building was weather-tight within days.
Inside, the structure is the finish: exposed spruce CLT walls and ceilings, crisp glulam junctions and generous glazing that pulls daylight deep into the plan.
Let’s build something sustainable together.
